Needle gauge
Needle gauge is a circular rod with a specific size and high hardness made of white steel, tool steel, ceramics, tungsten steel bearing steel, or other materials. Suitable for measuring the size of holes, checking the distance between two holes, and measuring the depth of holes in the mechanical and electronic industry. It can be used as a go/no go gauge and is an essential tool for standardized hole testing. It uses internationally advanced detectors to test workpieces.

Product description
Needle gauge is a circular rod with a specific size and high hardness made of white steel, tool steel, ceramics, tungsten steel bearing steel, or other materials. Suitable for measuring the size of holes, checking the distance between two holes, and measuring the depth of holes in the mechanical and electronic industry. It can be used as a go/no go gauge and is an essential tool for standardized hole testing. It uses internationally advanced detectors to test workpieces.
Hardness
The hardness value of the needle gauge working surface should not be lower than the requirements in Table 1.
Linear expansion coefficient
Non steel needle gauges must provide a linear expansion coefficient with a tolerance range of+-10%.
Appearance
1. The working surface of the needle gauge must not have defects such as scratches, burrs, and rust spots.
2. One or both ends of the needle gauge shall be chamfered within 1mm of the surface using an appropriate width and its combination angle ruler.
3. The surface roughness R value of the needle gauge working surface is not less than 0.1um.
